Our support service comprises everything a business may need in order to keep their IT running well.  If you have an issue, you can give our helpdesk a call on 01322 787080 and an engineer will contact you back if they are not available there and then.  A majority of issues can be fixed remotely, but if not, one of our highly trained engineers will attend on-site to solve the issue.  We also carry out consultations and audits of your business setup and network to see what solution will benefit you the most.  Our support contract can also include bolt-ons such as healthchecks, disaster recovery plans, server monitoring, and installs.

Hosting

Another service we offer is hosting.  Workflow Solutions is able to host your website and ensure it has the necessary SSL/TLS certificates for security.  We can also register domains on your behalf.  We also offer as part of this service, email hosting.  This can be on your own dedicated server, or as part of a shared server.  These servers can be personal to your business, it all depends on what would suit your business the most – with physical and virtual options available.

Development

Our development team is highly trained and skilled in many different areas.  We are able to offer website design, build and maintenance plus app development.  The coding is also produced at a user-friendly level, allowing content to be uploaded easily by you.  Graphic design is also part of this service, allowing us to offer unique logos and branding for your business.  Part of this service also includes search engine optimisation, helping your website to list in Google search results.
